If, during the term of this iease, the Lessee shall make an assigntaent for the benefit of creditors; or a voluatary or invuluntary petition be filed by or ~ against the Lessee under any law having for its purpose the adjudi- cation of the Lessee as a bankrupt or the extensio~ of the time of payment, composition, adjustment, taodification, settle~sent or satis- faction of the liabilities of the Lessee or the reoagnization of the Lessee; or a permanent receiver be appointed for the property of the Lessee; or any governmental authority take possession of the lands described in the Declaration of Condaminitina, this lease, at the opt- ion of the Lessor shall be terminated and shall expire as fully and canpletely as of the day of happening of such contingency ~o~C~aea with the date specifically fixed as the expiration of the term hereof, the provisions relative to notice and grace notwithstanding, and the ~ Lessee shall then quit and surrender the demised pre~ises to the Lessor ~ . ~ - ~ but the Lessee shall remain liable as hereinafter provided. ~ 32, ~ASEMENTS UPQN ~3E PREMISES.
