33. TIMR OF THE SSSTAiCE. Time is of the essence in ~
every particular and especially where the obligation to pay money
is involved.
34. WAIVER, EXT~ISION AND INDULGENCES. No waive~r, ex- ~

tension or indulgence~granted by the Lessor on any one occasion as _
to any breach ahall be construed as a waiver, extension or indulgence
of any succeeding breach of the same covenant.
35. CHANGES IN WRITING. No modif ication, release or
discharge or waiver of any provision hereof shall be of any force,
effect or value unless in writing, signed by the Lessor.
36. NOTICES. Whenever, under this lease, a provision
is made for notice of any kind, it shall be deemed suff icient notice
and service thereof if such notice to Lessee is in writing, addressed
to Lessee at its last known address and sent by certif ied mail with
postage prepaid; and if such notice to Lessor is in writing, addressed

37. CONSTRUCTION. This lease is to be construed in ac- ~
cordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

~ no way def ine, li.mit or describe the scope or intent of this lease
or any part thereof nor in any way affect this lease.
