exerciae of the righta or uses granted herein, shall be deemed to ~
consent to and ratify without further act being required, the pro-
visions of this lease to the same effect and extent as if auch per-
son or persons had executed this lease with the formalities required
in deeds, for the purpose of subordinating and/or subjecting auch
person or persons' interesta, in full, to the_terms of this lease and
granting the lien rights to Lessor provided for herein.
IN WITNESS WHERSOP', the parties hereto have caused this
instrument to be executed in their respective Corporate names by their
respective duly authorized off icers and their respective corporate
