11. Article II. A, Section 8, 8xhibit D, shall read as follows:

"Section 8. Proviso Provided, however, that until ~
the Developer of the Condominium has canpletea and sold
~ all of the units in the Condominium, or until a majority of
the members pursuant to Section 5 hereof request the eame,
or until the Developer elects to terminate its control of '
the Condvminium, whichever ahall f irst occur, there shall >
be no meeting of inembers of the Aasociation unless there
is a meeting called by the Board of Directors of the As-
sociation."
lZ. The following language following the phrase "The Condo-
minium Association formed" shall be de]cted from Article XVI, Sec-
tian 7, of ~chibit "D" :
..."realizes that the proportionate ehare of the act-
ual cost of operating and maintaining all coamon use
property and facilities of the owners of the recreat-
ional vehicle campsites and taobile hanesites will vary;
therefore, the Condominium Association shall classify
the recreational vehicle campsites into one category
and the mobile homesites into a second category and"...

13. The following language shall be added to Section XVI

of the Declaration:
"The Developer, in addition to the aforesaid, re-
~ tains a ninety-nine (99) year excluaive easement in
~ the canal located between Match Sheets 9, 10 and 11,
i as shown on the recorded plat, to ~evelop and operate
~ a boat marina. The right to operate said boat marina
~ and the easement retained herein shall not be submitted.
