In Re: Lot 15, Block 2, REPLAT OF PALM GARDENS,
a subdivision as per plat thereof recorded -
in Plat Book 12, paqe 42 of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
BEFORE MT, the undersiqned authority, this day personally
appeared Glenna Iiope Bailey Courtney, who upon first being duly
sworn, did depose and say:
1. That she is the remarried surviving spouse of
a/k/a Richard Bond Bailey
Richard 8. Bailey / who departed this life on April 23, 1969
2. That she and the said Richard E. Bailey were the
grantees in that certain warranty deed of .~onveyance executed
by Lloyd Taylor and Clotilde F. Taylor, his wife, dated February 17,
1967, recorded in O.R. Book 164, paqe 2096, of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein the above described real
property was conveyed.
3. That on the date of the aforementioned conveyance, she
was married to the said Richard E. Bailey and that said marital ~
relationship continued without interruption until the death
of the said Richard E. Bailey.
