THIS IriDENTtTRE, Made this 31st day of March, 1971, between
ROSA NELL PATTERSON, the widaw and unremarried surviving spouse of
0. R. Patterson, deceased, joined by ROGER H. PATTERSON, the sole
surviving son of O. R. Patterson, deceased, and THELMA PATTERSON,
his wife, and NELLIE VIRGINIA ONDERDONK, the sole surviving daughter

husband, grantors, and ROGER H, PATTERSON, whose mailing address

WITNESSETH: That said grantors, for and in consideration
of the sum of TEN THOUSAND DOLI.ARS ($10,000.00) to said grantors in
hand paid by said grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby aclanvwledged,
have granted, bargained and sold to the said grantee, and grantee's
heirs and assigns, the follawing described land, situate, lying and
being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
