Diane B. King who, after being duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That she is Deputy Clerk of the Circuit Court in and
for the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida.
2. That among her duties as Deputy Clerk is the duty of
maintaining the public records in and for St. Lucie County, Florida;
that she has examined Plat Book 4 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, and has verified that there~is no ;

3. That she has further ascertained through examination
of said Plat Book that there is a plat of White City, Florida,
duly recorded in Plat Book 4 at page 104 of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
