Together with ail buitdings, improvements, fixtures or appurtenances now or hereafter eracted there-
on or ptaced therein, including all apparatus, equipment, f;xtures or articlss, whether in single units or cen-
trally controlled, used to supply heat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, power, refrigerotion, ventiliation or
orher services, and any other thing now or hereafter therein or thereon; the furnishing of which by leasprs
to leasees is customary or appropriate, including streens, window sfiades, storm doors and windows, floor
coverings, screen doors, awnings, stoves and water h~jters (all of whith are intended t~Q be and are hereby
declared to be a part of said ~eat estate whether physicafly attached tfi~reto or ~o't~; and also together with
all easements ar.d th~ rents, issues and profits of seid premises which are hereby ptedged, auigned, trans-
ferred and set over unto the Mortgagee, whether no~v du~ ar hereafter to become due as p~ovided in the
Sup~lemental Agreemert secured hereby. ThE Mortgagee is hereby subrogated to the rights of all mort-
