I, Prentiss William Wilkes, of the City of Columbia, County of
Richland, State of South Carolina, in and by my Power of Attorney
in writing bearing date of Juhe, 1970 did make,concsti~ute and appoint
Annie Bell Wilkes of Ft. Pierce, Florida my true and lawful attorney°

NOW, THEREFORE, I, the said Prentiss William
Wilkes, have revoked, countermanded, annulled and made void, and

or intended to be given, to the said Annie Bell Wilkes.
