WARRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED, made this day of May, 19~,
by HOLIDAY OUT IN AMERICA AT ST. LUCIE, INC., a Florida corporation
with offices in St. Lucie County, herein "Grantor", of the first
part, and VENTURE OUT IN AMERICA, INC., a Delaware corporation '
whose Post Office Box is 219, Knoxville, Tennessee, herein ;
