THIS WARRANTY DEED, made this ~ day of , 19~,
by VENTURE OUT IN AMERICA, INC., a Delaware corporation w se Post
Office Box is 219, Rnoxville, Tennessee, herein "Grantor", of the
first part, and HAZEN RREIS AND R. A. EPPERSON, whose Post Office
Box is 219, Knoxville, Tennessee, herein "Grantees", of the second
part;
W I T N E S S E T H:
That Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten
($10.00) Dollars and other good and sufficient considerations to
it in hand paid by Grantees, the receipt and sufficiency of which
is acknowledged, has granted, barqained, sold and conveyed to
Grantees, their successors and assigns, forever the following
described property and situate in the County of St. Lucie, State
of Florida:

said road oenterline, a distance of 3930.99 to the
South line of the North 360.80 feet of Government
Iot 4, of said Section 11, beinq the point of beginninq;
thence North 89 deg. 58 min. 29 sec. East 167.33;
thence South 22 deq. 00 min. 50 sec. East, a distance
of 1576.42 to the North line of the South 817.50 of
Government lot 5 of said Section 11; thence North 89 deg.
56 min. 22 sec. East to the waters of the Atlantic
Ocean; thence Southerly with said water 2 feet; thence
South 89 deg. 56 min. 22 sec. West 600.5~ to the
centerline of said road; thence with centerline of
road North 23 deg. 49 min. 31 sec. West 1599.93 to
the point of beginning.

This Conveyance is subject to the following:
1. Taxes for the year 1971.
2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations and easements of
record.
The benefits and obliqations hereunder shall inure to and
be binding upon the successors :.nd assiqns of the Grantees and
Grantor does hereby warrant the title to the premises hereby conveyed,
and will defend the title of same againat all persons whomsoever. `
