WARRANTY DEED ~
THIS WARRANTY DEED, made this lOth day of MaY , 19 71 ,
by VENTURE OUT IN AMERICA, INC., a Delaware corporation w ose Post
Office Box is 219, Knoxville, Tennessee, herein "Grantor", of the
first part, and HAZEN KREIS and R. A. EPPERSON, whose Post Office
Box is 219, Knoxville, Tennessee, herein "Grantees", of the second
part;
W I T N E S S E T H:
That Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten
($10.00) Dollars and other good and sufficient considerations to
' it in hand paid by Grantees, the receipt and sufficiency of which
is acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold and conveyed to
