WARRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED, made this /O~day of May, 19 7/ ,
by HOLIDAY OUT IN AMERICA AT ST. LUCIE, INC., a Florida corporation
with offices in St. Lucie County, herein "Grantor", of the first
part, and VENTURE OUT IN AMERICA, INC., a Delaware corporation
whose Post Office Box is 219, Knoxville, Tennessee, herein
"Grantee", of the second part;
W I T N E S S E T H:
That Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten
($10.00) Dollars and other good and sufficient considerations to
it in hand paid by Grantee, the receipt and sufficiency of which
is acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold and conveyed to
Grantee, its successors and assigns, forever the following
described property and situate in County of St. Lucie, State of
Florida and more particularly bound and described as follows:
