MORTGAGE
HAZEN RREIS and R. A. EPPERSON, herein "Mortgagors", in
consideration of conveyance of real property hereinafter described
by VENTURE OUT IN AMERICA, INC., herein "Mortgagee", and to
secure payment of the balance of the purchase price by Mortgaqors
obligated to be paid, as evidenced by promissory note fu12r
identified herein, hereby on this lOth day of May, A.D. 1971,
convey and mortgage to the said Mortgagee, its successors and .

1576.42 to the North line of the South 817.50 of
Government lot 5 of said Section 11; thence North 89
