ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE
HOLIDAY OUT IN AMERICA AT ST. LUCIE, INC.. a Florida
corporation, is the assignee of a mortgage executed by Hazen Kreis and
Robert Epperson dated the lOth day of May. 1971, by virtue of that assign-
ment of record in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in OR
Book page ~ and in consideratian of the sum of ~10 and
other good and sufficient considexations, HOLIDAY OUT IN AMERICA AT
ST. LUCIE, INC. , does hereby on this lp day of May. 1971. reassign to
Andrew Ellison, Trustee, whose address is 8 Gatehouse Road, Fort Lauderdale,
Florida 33308, that mortgage and note and debt de8cribed therein as additional
collateral security for those notes of Holiday Out ia America at St. Iucie, Inc..-
dated the 25th day of July, 196T, upon the condition that if Holiday Out in
America at St: Lucie, Inc. well and truly pays the debts as described in the
mortgages in OR Book 16?~ beginning at page 2238 and 2243, this assignment
shall be null and void and of no further force and effect and the said Andrew
Ellison will reassign the same to Holidzy Out ia America at St. Lucie, Inc..
or its succesaors or assigns.

~ Further, it is distinctly understood betweea the parties that prior
~ to the commencement of any action of foreclosure by reason of a default• by
the makers of the mortgage hereby assigaed, Andrew Ellison will give 30 days
~ notice that an event of 3efault e~cists to Holiday 4ut in America at St. Lucie
during which time Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie shsll be entitled to

~ correct the default without penalty or to redeem the note secured by the
mortgage hereby assigned and this also without penalty.
