"AND FOR SAID CONSIDERATION the Landlord has granted

option to extend said tena to and including July 31,

July 31, 201b and July 31, 2021, all in the manner
and ugon the covenants and agreements set forth
herein and in the Lease Agreement."
4...The plot plan attached to said Lease as Exhibit "A" is hereby
deleted and a new plot plan attached hereto as Sxhibit "B" and signed by
the parties for identification is hereby inserted in its place. All refer-
ence throughout said Lease and Lease Agreement to Exhibit "A" is hereby
amended so as to read Exhibit "B".
S...The term of said Lease Agre~ent appearing on Page 1 thereof
is hereby amended so as to begin on the "lst day of August, Nfneteen Hundred
Seventy-One (1971)" and so as to expire on the "31st day of July, Nineteen
Hundred Ninety-One (1991)".
6...Only in the event Landlord delivers exclusive possession of
Tenant's building in a fully campleted condition and othexwise completes ~
' construction of the entire Shopping Center in accordance with all of the
~ terms of said Lease Agreement on or before August 1, 1971, ahall the fo11oW-
~ ing provisions numbered 7 and 8 be of any force and effect. -
E 7...Sub-section (a) of Section 4. of said Lease Agreement appearing
; on Page 1 thereof is hereby amended so as to delete the words and numbers

respective places wherever they appear in sub-section (b) of Section 4. of
