hereby amended so as to delete the date "January 31, Z971" and the date
"January 31, 1972" is hereby inserted in its place.
11...Sub-section (fl of Section 20. of said Lease Agreement is
hereby amended by deleting the date "February 1, 1970" and the date
"August 1, 1971" is hereby inserted in its place.
12...Sub-section (g) of Section 20. of said Lease Agre~ment is
hereby deleted in its entirety and the following new sub-section (g) is
hereby inserted in its place:
"20.(g) Should the Landlord be unable to deliver
such possession on or before August 1, 1971 for
causes entirely beyond the control of the Landlord,
then the Tenant will accept later possession of
the demised premises at any time prior to February 1,
1972 (or within such further ti.me as shall have
been granted to the Landlord under sub-section (e)
_of this Section provided the LandZord shall
have given the Tenant at least ninety (90) days
written notice of the date it intends to deliver
possession. In case of such later delivery of
possession and acceptance thereof by the Tenant,
then the term of this lease shall begin on said
later possession date instead of August 1, 1971
but the eacpiratian date of the lease shall not be
affected thereby."
i 13...Sub-section (1) of Section 20. of said Lease Agreement is
~ hereby amended by deleti.ng "two (2) full years" appearing in line 2 thereof
! and by substituting "one (1) full year" in its pl~ce. .

~ 14...Sub-section (1) of Section 20. of said Lease Agreement is
~ hereby further amended by adding the following sentence after the w~ord
"negligence" appearing in line 4 thereof:
"Provided, however, Landlord agrees to nse its best
efforts to obtain fram its contractors and sub-
~ contractors guarantees and/or warranties in eacess

of one (1) year, and Landlord hereby assigns any
~ such guarantees and/or warranties to the Tenant."

~ 15...Section 24. of said Lease Agreement is hereby amended by
~ deleting the words "and future" from the insert appearing after "Unit C"
= and "Unit D and Unit E" are hereby substituted in ite place.

~ 16...Section 30. of said Lease Agreement is hereby amended by
~ deleting the date "August 1, 1970" and the date "August 1, 1971" is hereby
~ inserted in its place. ` .

17...Said I.ease Agreement is hereby further amended by aiding
