18...:he Landlord covenants, warranLs and represents that it
has full right and power to execute and perform this Agreement and to
grant the estate demised herein, and coveiiants that the Tenant on paying
the rent reserved in said Lease as heretofore and hereby amended and
exter?ded, and perfo~aing the covenants and agre~ents of said I.ease as ,
heretofore and hereby amended and extended, shall peaceably and quietly ~
have, hold and enjoy the d~ised premises and all rights, easements, }
~ appurtenances and privileges belonging or in anywise appertaining thereto,
during the full term of said I.ease and any extension or renewal thereof.
19...h~ccept as heretofore and hereby amended, said Lease and
Lease Agreement, dated November 21, 1968, shall continue in full force ~

hereby joins in the execution, acknawledgment and delivery of this
Supplemental Agreement for the purpose of consenting hereto and of subordinat-
ing any right, title and interest she may have in the demised premises to
this Supplemental Agreement. . • ~
