KNOW ALL MSN BY THE~S PRfiSBNTS: That whereas. it is proposed
by St. Lucie County to locate, construct, maintain and/or improve ~
a county road and/or a drainage ditch in said County; and,
WfiEREAS, a portion of the lands involved au~d necessary to said
road and /or ditch is subject to mortgage
held by the undersigned; and, .
WHEREAS, on behalf of St. Lucie County a request has been made
for the undezsigned to subordinate said encumbrance to the property
rights of St. Lucie County in and to the portion of the premises
h~reinafter described.
' NOW, THEREFOR~, WITNESSETH: That for and in considera~ion of
the premises and one dollar and other good and valuable considera-
tions, paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned
subordinates said encumbrance to the property rights of St. Lucie
County to locate, construct, maintain and/or improve said road and/or
ditch over, tbrough, upon, and/or across the following described _
lands, beinq a portion of the encumbered pre~aisee in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to wit:

thereof on file in Plat Book•8 at page 42 of
