, WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar and other valuable considerations paid, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants unto the Grantee, its
successors and assigns, a te easement and right of way for
the purpose of clearing, excavating, constructinq and maintaining
outfall and drainage ditches and drains in, upon and through the fol-
lowinq described land in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
20 foot wide for drainage purposes lying west of Beach Club Colony, Section One,
' and more particularly described in ~chibit "A" which is attached hereto and made
a part hereof.
Said easement being temporary and being. in force only until the platting of this
area is completed ana tii~ i-~u~~ _M~~± ia~ation will be located in and
becom e a part of said plat. ~
