MARAVILLA GARDENS, according to the plat thereof on file in Plat Book 6 at Paqe 55 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, together with the right-of-way of Windsor Avenue lyinq between Lots 59 and 60 aforesaid; Garden Avenue lying between Lots 63 and 64 aforesaid; Park Boulevard lying between Lots 65 and 66; and the canal riqht-of-way between Lots 61 and 62; all of - which said right-of-ways have been abandoned and the dedications revoked by Resolution No. 2060 passed and adopted by the City Commission of the City of Fort Pierce on February 13, 1961; SUBJECT, NEVERTHELESS, to an easement over the right- of-way lying between Lots 61 and 62 reserved by the City of Fort Pierce under the resolution above referred to; TOGETHER with all of the buildi~gs and improvements thereon and the furnighings therein.
