An undivided five (58) percent interest in and to ~
Lots 59 to 66, both inclusive of Unit One. MARAVILLA
GARDENS, according to the plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 6 at Paqe 55 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, together with the right-of-way of
Windsor Avenue lyinq between Lots 59 and 60 aforesaid;
Garden Avenue lying between Lots 63 and 64 aforesaid;
Park Boulevard lying between Lots 65 and 66; and the
canal riqht-of-way between Lots 61 and 62; all of -
which said right-of-ways have been abandoned and the
dedications revoked by Resolution No. 2060 passed and
adopted by the City Commission of the City of Fort
Pierce on February 13, 1961;
SUBJECT, NEVERTHELESS, to an easement over the right-
of-way lying between Lots 61 and 62 reserved by the
City of Fort Pierce under the resolution above referred
to; TOGETHER with all of the buildi~gs and improvements
thereon and the furnighings therein.
SUBJECT to a11 matters of record, easements, =estrictions,
conditions and limitations, if any; taxes for past, cur-
rent and subsequent years; laws and ordinances applicable
to the premises; and further
SUBJECT TO Mortgage of even date from CAL KOVENS and ROZ
MARK KOVENS, his wife, mortgaging.the above described
and other property.
