clusive of Unit One, MARAVILLA GARDENS, accordiaq to the plat thereof on file
qn Plat Book 6 at Paqe 55 of the Public Records of St. Lucfe County, Florida,
toqether with the riqht-of-way of Windsor Avenue lyinq between Lots 59 and 60
aforesaid= Garden Avenue lyinq between Lots 63 and 64 aforesaid= Park Boulevard
lyinq between Lots 65 and 66; and the canal riqht-o~-way between Lots 61 and
62; all of which said right-of-ways have been abandoned and the dedications
revoked by Resolution No. 2060 passed and adopted by the City Conanission of
the City of Fort Pierce on February 13, 1961= SUBJECT, NEVERTHELESS, to an .
easement over the riqht-of-way lyinq between Lots 61 and 62 reserved by the
City of Fort Pierce under the resolution above referred to= TOGETHER with all~
~f the buildinqs and improvements thereon and the furnishinqs therein.

That certain 99-year lease made July 10, 1958,
by and between Miracle Manor, Inc., a Florida ~
corporation, as lessor, and Miracle Plaza, Inc.,

corded in O.R. Book 59 at Paqe 74 of the Public
Records of Indian River County, Florida, and '
thereafter modified by modifications made June 11,
1959, recorded in O.R. Book 73 at Paqe d65; and
November 6, 1959, recorded in O.R. Book 86 at
Page 8-of the said Public Records of Indian River '
County, Florida; toqether with the improvements
thereon, personal property of the Assiqnor therein,
all rents, issues and profits appertaininq thereto,
all prepaid =ents and insurance appertaining thereto
and the shoppinq center therein, all rents and ac-
counts receivable due pursuant to the operation of _
the shopping center on the above premises, all
cash on hand, if any, all indebtedness due As- .
siqnor, if any, and utility deposits and mortgage
