In this instrument the singular shall includa the plurat and the mesculine shall include the feminine and
neuter. All rights arkl obligations u~der this mortgage shall ext~nd_ to and be binding upon the respective
heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Monyagee.
