PARTIAL RELEASES
rartiai R,eleases herefrom may be obta.ined, so long as this mortgage
is not in default, as follows:
Paxtial Releases shall commence at the South boundary of the above
property and shall continue from South to North so that all released lands ~
are contiquous. All released land sha11 be in stf~ips extendinq from the
Atlantic Ocean on the East to the Indian River on the West in multiples of
not less than 100 feet of frontaqe (as measured on the perpendicular from the
South to North). The mortgagur, its Successors or Assiqns may obtain ;
releases upon payment of $200. 00 per foot of land to be released. Requlax E
annual payments and :/or prepayrnents shall be cumulative toward said
Partial R;eleases. All payments of principal made on this mortqage shall
apply to the r.ext ensuing annual principal payment ~ue.
The mortgagee has authorized the development of a travel trailer, #
camper rental park without releases from this mortgage subject to sa.id
park commencing at the South line of mortgaged property and extendinq Northward
with the initial development beinq 15 to 20 acres and continue in similar
increments and contigious with the initial development. Any work done towaxd
this development shall not be construed as a violation of any of the covenants
or Aqreements of this mortgage. ~
