:he Grantee by acceptance of the foreqoing Warranty Deed
and execution of this Acknowledgment and Ratification by Grantee,
acknowiedg~s receipt o~ copies of the Declaration of Condominium de-
scribed above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits, and
that conveyance by such deed is subject thereto. The Grantee does
further hereby ratify, confirm and approve all of said provisions

as filed for record in Official Records Book 189 on pages 1829 through
iR86 in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and the acts
