FINAL JUDGMENT
This action was tried as to the land hereinafter set
forth, and the jury having been impaneled and sworn to try what
compensation shall be made to the Defendants for the property
sought to be appropriated and having heard the evidence and
the charges of the Court and having retired to consider their
verdict, returned, on April 22, 1971, the follawing verdict,
to-wit:

~ FIRST: That an accurate description of
the property to be taken herein is the following:
Lots 12-and 13 of MARAVILLA GARDENS, as
per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 6,
~ at Page 55, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
Owned by: WADE LUPE and ROSE LUPE, his
wife.
SECOND: That the compensation to be made
by the
Pet~ioner for the above descrfbed
parcel is the sum of $52,000.00.
