wife, executed a power of attorney in favor of your affiant, which

O.R. Book 131, page 391 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
4. That at the time of the conveyance of the above :

wife, by your affiant as their duly empowered attorney in fact,
to Albert Lacroix and Victoria Lacroix, his wife, ~thich said

conveyance occurred on November 12, 1965, pursuant to warranty
deed of conveyance recorded in O.R. Book 131, page 392 of the {
