BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared J. R. BATES, Attorney at Law, who, after being duly
cautioned and sworn by me, did depose and state as follows:
That he has personal knowledge of the following facts:
(1) That Ethel P. Sansone who appears as a free
dealer on that certain Warranty Deed recorded in Official Records

Book 78 at page 134 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County and
Ethel P. Sansone, individually, are one in the same person and
that Ethel P. Sansone is the wife of J. A. Sansone the grantee
in the above said Deed.
(2) This Affidavit is given to clarify the family
relationship between Ethel P. Sansone, a free dealer, and J. A.~
Sansone, her husband. -
