WHSRSAS~ ld. Y. BROCK AND 1[INNIS S. BROCK, his wife,
as mortgagors, did on llay 3, 1971, make, execute and deliver a
certain mortgage deed to Security Federal Savings and Loan
Association of Indian River County, a corporation organized
and existing under the la~vs of the United 3tates of America,
as mortgagee, which mortgage was recorded in Official Record
Book 192, page 499, public records of St. Iucie County, Florida,
and which mortgage deed encumbered a certain tract of land in
St. Lucie County, Florida, descritied as follows:
From the Southeast corner of Tract C-1 of TAYLOB'S
SUBDIVISI~i, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 9, page 12, St. Lucie County, Florida, Public
Itecords, run thence North 13~ 16" 1~est, along the
West line of Old Dixie Highway 100 feet; thence
South 80° 06" West, 330 feet; thence North 13°
16" ~lest 120 feet to the point of beginning of
the parcel herein described: From said point
of beginning run thence South 80° 06" ~Test 167.6
feet; thence North 0° 25" $ast, 71.15 feet; thence
; North SO° 06" $ast 150.? feet; thence South 13°
; 16" Sast, 70 feet to the point of beginning. Said
! parcel being a part of aforesaid Tract C-1 of

in said mortgage deed; and

in said mortgage is in error and the mortgagor and the mortgagee
have mutually agreed that the said mortgage shall be modified
~ and amende~i so as to correct the error in said description;
