hereinafter called the Yortgagor and Security Federal Savings ~
and Loan Association of Indian River County, hereinafter called
the yortgagee, agree as follov~s :
1. That the mortgage deed dated 1[ay 3, 1971, and

of St. Lucie County, Florida, shall be modified, amended and
corrected so that the description of the property encumbered
by s aid aortgage shall be as follows:

SUBDIVISION as per plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 9, at page 12, St. Iucie County, Florida,
