and LOUISE S. JOHNSON, as Co-Administrators c. t. a. of the Estate of A. F. ~
SALE. deceased, pursuant to an Order of Distribution entered by the Court of the
County Judge, of the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, parties of the first
part, and SUE BELLE PUCKETT, a married woman, party of the second part
whose address is 3910 Brook Road~ Richmond. Virginia 23200.
WITNESSETH; That the said parties of the first part~ for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten ($10. 00) Dollars and other good and valuable
