35 South, Range 40 East, in St. Lucie
County, Florida, described as follows:
Beginninq at the NW corner of said tract,
run East along the North line of said
- tract a distance of 305.85 feet; thence
run Southeasterly to a point on the
South line of said tract which is 209.09 ;
feet West of the SE corner of said tract;
thence run West along the South line of
said tract a distance of 155.59 feet;
thence run Northwesterly to a point on
the West line of said tract which is
64.35 feet South of the NW corner thereof;
thence run North to the point of beginning.
Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
