In oonsideration of the payment to meJus by you of $1.00 and other good and valuable oonsideration which
I/we have received, I/we and those holding through me/us, grant and give to you and your wccessors am easement ;
for the construction, operation and mainte~ance of electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables,
conduits and appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add ~
to, change the size of or remave wch facilities o~ any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or ~
cables of any other Company or pe~n; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, bn.ish and undergrowth or other
obstructions that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, over, upon, undef, and across my/our pro-
perty described as follows:
The West 200 feet of the East ~ of the SE~ of the NE4, less
the North 30 feet thereof, in Section 12 - Township 35 South - ~
Range 39 East, St. Lucie County, Florida; sub~ect to easements and
restrictions of record.

any rights contained ir~ the easement granted by Pavid J. Berggren,

; 190, page 799, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
