Lucie County Public Records, in the sum of 5577.61, which :
property is described as follows:
Commence at the sQUtheast corner of the W~ of the NW~t of ~
the NW~ of the NE~ of Section 9, Township 35 South, Range ~
40 East, run thence west along the center line of Avenue ~
"D" a distance of 325 feet, thence r.orth along the east ~
side of 17th Street a distance of 30 feet to the point of ~
beginning (same being the northeast corner of Avenue "D"
and north 17th Street); and from said point of beginning ~
run east along the north line of Avenue "D" a distance of #
41 feet, thence north 131.3 feet, thence west parallel to ~
Avenue "D" a distance of 41 feet to the east line of North ~
17th Street, thence south along the east line of North 17th
Street, a distance of 131.3 feet to the point of beginning. ~
