950.5 feet East of the Southwest corner of said Section 25,
run thence East along the South line of said Section 25,
827.7 feet to the high waterline of the Atlantic Ocean beach;
thence North 18 deg. 13 min. West along theYngh water line
of the Atla ntic Ocean beach 564.1,feet; thence North 86 deq.
56~ min. West 663.4 feet to the East right of way line of
"Atlantic Beach Boulevard" thence South 0 deg. 29~ min.
West, along the East right of way line of "Atlantic Beach
Boulevard", 368.3 feet to a point of curvature; thenc~ ~
on a 4 deg.. 28 min. 42 sec. curve to the left 203.2 feet to
the South line of aforesaid Section 25 and to the point of
beginning; excepting therefrom the South 35 feet of aforesaid
tract as described in right of way deed, Deed Book 154, pg.
61, S~. Lucie County records, and including riparian rights
on At antic. Excepting lots heretofore sold.
The relief so ught in and by the said suit is the cancellation
of said M~ortgage.
