We, the undersigned, being the guardians of ALFRED JEFFERy ~
HOROWITZ, a minor, and as such the holders of an interest in a
purchase money mortgage (and of the indebtedness secured by it) made
by MILLHESS, INC., a District of Columnbia corporation, for $75,000
and a separate promissory note of $18,750.00 on the 24th day of

July, 1970 and recorded in 0. R. Book 186, page 94 of the public ~
records af St. Lucie County, Florida; and the holders of that
certain interest in a purchase money mortgage (and of the indebted-
ness secured by it) made by SOUTHALL, INC., a District of Columbis
corporatirnn, for $75,000 and a separate promissory note of

$18,750.00 on the 27th day of August, 1970, and recorded in 0. R. ~

Book 186, at page 2121 of the public records of St. Lucie County, '

Florida; and an undivided ane-fourth interest in that certain
purchase money mortgage (and of the indebtedness secured by it} ~
made by Edward G. Kelly and Martha L. Kelly, his wife, for $14,200 ~
on the llth day of December, 1970, and recorded in 0. R. Book I88,
at page 2499 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
for valuable consideration, do assign and transfer all of our
interest as guardians of the said Alfred Jeffery Horowitz, a minor,
in the abave described mortgages and indebtednesses, to ALFRED
JEFFREY HORaWITZ, an adult.
TOGET~R with the notes or obligations described in said
mortgages and the monies due and to become due thereon.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said ALFRED JEF'FREy
HOROWITZ, his heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns
forever.
