BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority , personally appeared FRANK
FEE who,_ upon first being duly sworn, did depose and say that he has been a
resident of St. -Lucie County for more than 50 years last past and that he was
well acquainted with the Reverend J. E. Sampley and Venie D. Sarnpley, his
wife, from some date prior to January 22, 1952, the date upon which they re-
ceived title to subject land by deed recorded in Deed Book 170, page 317, St.
Lucie County, Florida, records and this affiant knows that said parties continued
as husband and wife until the death of Venie D. Sampley on September 27, 1963.
Affiant further says that Venie D. Sampley was one and the same
individual as Mattie Lou Venie Sampley whose death certificate appears of
record in Official Record Book , page St. Lucie County,
Florida, records.
