Personally appeared before me Kathryn Becker who says:
1. That she is the sister of Mary French, and that on
May 27, 1963, Mary French, joined by her husband Edward French, ~

nominated and appointed.Kathryn Becker as their true and lawful
attorney, by a duly executed power of attorney recorded on
June 7, 1963 in the public records of St. Lucie County, F2orida,
in O.R. Book 64, page 269.
2. That on June 7, 1963, Kathryn.Becker, as Attorney-in-
Fact for the said Mary French and the said Edward French, conveyed
the above premises to Herman Menzel and Pauline Menzel, his wife, (

by deed dated June 7, 1963, recorded in the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida in O.R. Book 64, at paqe 2?0.
3. That at the time of the conveyance to Herman Menzel
and Pauline Menzel, his wife, the said Mary French and Edward
French, of your affiant's personal knowledge, were alive and
their pawer of attorney dated May 27, 1963, was unrevoked and
in full force and effect.
4. That all of the above statements are based upon your
affiant's personal knowledge.
Further affiant sayeth not.
