Together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures or appurtenances now or hereafter erected thero- ~
on or placed therein, including all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles, whether in sinflle units or cen-
tratly controlled, used to supply heat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, power, refrigerafion, ventilistion or
other services, snd any other thing now or hereafter therein or thereon, the furnishing of which by lessors
to leasees is customary or appropriate, including screens, window shades, storm doors and windows, floor
coverings, screen doors, awnings, stoves and water hs~ters (all of which are intended to be and are he~eby
declared to be a part of said real estate whether physically attached thereto or not); and also to~ether with
all easements and tha rents, issues and profits of said prcmises which are hereby pladged, assi~ned, trans-
ferred and set over unto the Mortgagee, whether now due or hereaher to become due as provided in the
Sup?lemenral Agreement setured hereby. The Mortgsgee is hereby subrogated to the righta of alf mort-
gagees, ~ienholders and ownera paid off by the proceeds of the ban hereby secured.
