AFFIDAVIT ~
Personally appeared MAJEL A. DRiJMN,GALE VAN BURGER and GORDON
vAN BURGER who after being duly sworn, deposes and say that they are ~

all of the children of JULIA E. VAN BURGER, who died as a single adult
on September 29, 1970 at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida. That
there has been no administration of the Estate of JULIA E. VAN BURGER
and there are no claims of creditors aqainst her estate. That at the
time of her death JULIA E. VAN BURGER was the owner of record on a
mortqage from KENNETH M. WAGNER, dated June 26, 1968 and recorded in
O. R. Book 172, Pages 1633-1635, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, that this mortgage has been paid in full and the undersigned,
consistinq of all of the heirs-at-law of JULIA E. VAN BURGER, have
executed a Satisfaction of this Mortqage to KENNETH M. WAGNER.
