Township 35 South, Range 40 East, thence run East 208.71 feet to
the Point of Beginning; from said Point of Beginning thence run
North 100 Feet to a point; thence run West 100 Feet to a point;
thence run South 100 Feet to a point; thence run East to the Point
of Beginning, St. Lucie County, Florida; together with the
improvements thereon and all furniture, fixtures and equipment
contained therein, replacements thereof and additions thereto.
