INC., a Florida corporation havinq its principal office in St. .

WI~RBAS, Mortgagor executed and delivered to Mortgaqee a

mortgage securing certain monies advanced which said mortqaqe
was recorded in official records of St. Lucie Oounty in Book 171
at paqe 136 and was dated March 26, 1968; ar~d
W~RRAS, on the 26th day of January, 1971, Note Modifi-

cation and Mortqage Modification Aqreemerits were made between ~

the Mortgaqee and Mortqaqor which were subsequently recorded in
the official records of St. Lucie County in Book 289 at page
~013 et seq; and
WHBRBAS, the parties now wish to modify all their agreements
by rescindinq those portions tHereof which are in conflict here-
with and by the addition of the followin':
f Notwithstanding any previous aqreements between the

~ parties to the contrary, the mortgaqe, dated March 26, 1968,

~ 171 at paqe 136, and modified by instruments recorded in
~ OR Hook 189 at Page 2613 et seq, is hereby additionally
~ modified to the end that the M~ortgagor shall be entitled
~ from time to time and at all times to obtain a release of
~ lots fran the lien of the mortqage prior to the entry of
~
~ a final decree in event this mortgage is foreclosed, upon
~ payment of the sum of $1,500.00 for each such lot so to be
~ released. Each such payment shall be applied in reduction

~ of the remaininq p=incipa? indebtedness secured by said
~ mortgaqe. Payments so required to be made for such partial
~
~ releases shall be in addition to any and all other periodic
~
~ payments required to be paid on principal and interest by
~ the terms of the psbaissory note secured by said nwrtqage.
