voannect to and tA use the Sewerage Z~neatment Plant of Holiday Out to the
same extent as the other assicp~es of Holiday Out for the purpose of
treating sewerage for pexsons a,~c.,vpying the pYVOerty of Venture Out, it
being imdexst-~ood ~at V~enture Out has platted 176 lots whidi it has
lik~ewise subi~tted to Q~nc]ominiun foan of vwnership and has ac3~ditional lots
whic~ it ~ten~lates subdividinq.
2. V~ent~+e Out, its suooessars and assic~s, shall be Liable for
Tta~:nty Pervent (208) of the oosts of maintaining. ~x3atin9. ~~P~n9
the Sewerage Treatznent Plant.
