~state that certain assets of the Estate be sold in order to provide ;

funds for distribution to the heirs of the estate and payment of
administration expenses, that the best interest of the Estate will be
served by a sale of the property at a private sale and that the sale
should be for the sum of Two Thousand One Hundre3 and 00/100 ($2100.00)
of the following described parcel of land to Joseph Peoni:
