THIS WARRANTY DEED made this day ~f May A.D. 1971,
by HOWARD W. S~SON and HELEN D, SAMPSON, his wife, EMERSON G. SAMPSON
and IRIS T. SAMI'90N, his wife, and WII.LIAM F. S~1I~'SON end HONITA G.
SAtrQ'SON, his wife, hereinafter called the grantors, to RICHARD J. SULLIVAN

WITNESSETH: That the grantors f or and in consideration of the sum
of Ten (~10.00) and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged~ hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release,
convey and confirm unto the grantees, all that certain land s ituste in

SUBJECT TO any easements, reservations and restrictions of

TpGETHER WITH all the tenements, heredit~rgnts and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND T~O HOLD the same in fee simple forever. ~
AND the grantora ttiereby covenant with said grantees that the
grantors are lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that the grantors
have good right and lawful authority to sell and convey said land; that the
grantors hereby fallp warrant the title to said land and will defend the
same against the lawful clai.ms of all persons whoms~ever; and that said
land is free of all encumbrances, except taxee accruing sub~equent to
