3. The Grantor assumes no liability or obligation by reason of •

asserted by reason of any use of the easement by the Grantees, their
successors and assigns, or those claiming by, through and under them.
4. The Grantor owns the lands described in Sxhibit "A" attached
hereto, and made the subject of this easement, in fee simple, and is
in possession of the said properties, and has good title thereto and ;
