KNq~1 ALL MEN BY THESB PRESENTS: That SOUTNEAST BANKING
COR~'O1tATI0N, a corporation existing under the laws of the State of
Florida, party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of Ten
Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, received
from or on behalf of SOUTNEAST MORTGAGE C~ANY, a corporatfon under
the lavs of the state of Florida, party of the second part, at or
before the ensealing and delivery of these preseats, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign,
transfer and set over unto the said party of the second part all those
certain mortgages according to the schedule attached hereto and made
a part hereof. '
Together vith the notes or obligations described in said
mortgages and the aaneys due and to become due thereon. This Assignment i
is made without Recourse. ~

Tp ApVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the second
part, its successors and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS W~REOF, the party of the first part has caused
these presents to be executed in its name and its corporate seal to be
hereun[o affixed by its proper officers thereunto duly suthorized the
