structing, digging and maintaining a ditch for drainage
purposes and with the right of the grantor or those holdin~
and ownin~ title to land in that vicinity acquired from
and through it, or the public authorities of said St.
Lucie County, if desired to enter upon said premises for

drainage purposes."
6. Reservations imposed by the Trustees of the Internal
Improvement Fund of the State oP Florida, as in Deed re-
corded in Deed Book 116, page 293, St. Lucie County
records, which covers Lots 12 to 16 inclusive, in Block 3,
Section 25, `1'ownship 36 South, Ran~e 40 East, and.the
West 74 acres of iJorth Half of Northwest Quarter .(Savannat~),
in Section 19, Township 36 South, Ran~e 41 East, which
reservations are as folloWS:
"AS TO ALL LANDS IN TRACTS OR COMPOSITE TRACTS ACGREGATING
TEN (10) ACRES OR MORE: RESERVING unto the State of Florida
the Title to an undivided one-half of all petroleum and
petrol"eum products, and title to an undivided three-fourths ~
of all other minerals which may be found on or under ~he
said land, together with the right to explore for and to
mine and develop the same; and further
~-RESERVING unto the State of Florida easement for State Road
; - Right of way Two Hundred (200) feet wide, lying equally on
