TOGETHER with the improvements located thereon and the furniture,
furnishinqs and fixtures contained therein.
It is further agreed between the parties to this mortqage that in addition
to the terms and conditions se~t out in this mortga,ge it is agreed that
a conveyance should be made by the Mortgagor of the premises herein
described, or any part thereof, without the written consent of the
Jensen Beach Ba~k and without an assum~tion in writing by the new
proposed Grantee of this obligation to the Jensen Bea.ch Bank created
bysaid Promissory Note and this Mortgage, then, and in that event, at
the option of the Jensen Beach Bank, withaut notice, all sums of money
secured hereby sha11 immediately and concurrently with such conveyance
