SATISFACTION OF OPERATING AGREEMENT,
AGENCY AGREEMENT AND AGREEMENT OF SALE
THIS AGREEHENT, made and entered into this 19th day of
May, 1971, Dy and between PHILLIP A. ROHERTS and NOLA J. ROBERTS,
his wife, hereinafter referred to as "Roberts", and BLUE GOOSE
GROWEI~S, INC., hereinafter referred to as "BGG". -
WITNE SSETH:
WHEREAS, Roberts and BGG did enter into a certain
Operating Agreement dated February 1, 1965, recorded in O.R. Book
113 , Page 274 , Public Records of St . Lucie County , Florida, ~hich
said Operating Agreement did encumber the real estate d~scribed
below, and ~
WHEREAS, Roberts and BGG did enter into a certain Agency
Agreement dated February 1, 1965, recorded in O.R. Book 113,
Page 279, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, ~hich said
Agency Agreement did encwnber the real estate described below, and
WHEREAS, Roberts and BGG did erter into a certain Agreement
of Sale dated February 1, 1965, recorded in O.R. Book 113, Page 269,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, which said Agreement

= of Sale did-encumber the real estate described below, and

~ WHEREAS, BGG has agreed to purchase from Roberts the

real estate described below, and prior to or simultaneous with
the execution of this Satisfaction has purchased said real estate
f rom Rob ert s, and
WHEREAS, Roberts and BGG desire that Operating Agreement,
Agency Agreement and Agreement of Sale on the property described
below be satisfied and removed from the Public Records, and
~ WHEREAS, the real estate involved in the above described
~ Agreements and this Satisfaction is situate in St. Lucie County,

Florida, to-wit: .
The North 363 feet of Block 4 of Alan Wilson ~
Groves, as per plat thereof, on file in Pl~t
B~ok 12, Page 50, Public Records of St. Lucie -
~ County, Florida, containing 21.47 acres, more
~ or less.
